This notice covers the informational website and its support form. It does not replace privacy terms agreed for a client project, hosted platform, or other service.
2. Information you choose to send
When you use the support form, the website creates a draft in your own email application. The form does not send the entered information to a web server. If you send the email, the information is delivered through your chosen email provider and processed according to its terms and your organisation’s policies.
Please do not include patient-identifiable, confidential, credential, export-controlled, or unnecessary proprietary information in an initial message.
3. Email and support records
Email you send may include your name, email address, organisation, and the information you provide. We may use it to respond, assess an enquiry, maintain relevant correspondence, and protect the service from misuse. Retention should follow the purpose, legal obligations, and any applicable agreement.
4. Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted through GitHub Pages and uses Google Cloud DNS. Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP address, request time, browser type, requested page, and security signals in order to deliver the site, maintain security, and understand aggregate traffic. Their own privacy documentation applies to that processing.
5. Analytics and cookies
The public informational pages do not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. The separate development payment page loads the Google Pay JavaScript SDK and is not a production checkout. It is excluded from the public navigation and search-engine sitemap while payment integration is deferred. Do not rely on it to make a payment.
6. External services and links
Pages may link to external websites or services. Once you follow an external link, the destination provider controls the information exchange. Review its privacy notice before submitting information.
7. Data sharing
Information is not sold. It may be shared where reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to a request, protect the service, comply with law, or perform work under an applicable agreement. Any project-specific subprocessors or processing details should be documented in the relevant contract or due-diligence materials.

Reasonable safeguards are used for the public service, but no internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not use the public website for sensitive information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about processing of your personal information. Contact us using the email below. We may need to verify identity and distinguish your request from unrelated correspondence.
